Start with the sauce, put sesame oil, soy sauce, oysters sauce, sugar, salt and water in the sauce pan. Stir until sugar dissolve. Remove and set aside.

Preheat the wok, put sesame. Add garlic, ginger, coriander root and black peppercorns. Stir fry until fragrant. Add the shiitake, stir fry.

Finally add glass noodles, place the crabs and celery. Cover it until cook. Ready to serve. Let’s enjoy‼️
