For dough :Combine wheat flour,ajwain, salt and oil. Mix............properly. Add enough water and knead a semi stiff dough. Once it is done keep aside. For stuffing : Par boiled green peas for 2 minutes. Once it is done...Cool t and strain it...Grind green peas coarsely. From the dough take a small ball roll it like a poori. Stuff the green peas mixture in the center of the poori. Close the edges properly and roll it like a paratha. Heat tawa and transfer the paratha. Fry both the sides.

Apply oil or ghee both the sides of the paratha. Till it is light brown in colour both the sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate.
