Ingredients

  • Half kg potato in circle cutting
  • 1medium onion
  • 1 tb ginger garlic paste
  • Half cup oil
  • 1large tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Half teaspoon red chili powder
  • half teaspoonHaldi
  • 1 tbsachari masala
  • Dhania to garnish
  • Green chili to fill
  • 2 tablespoonachari masala
  • 1lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok add oil and onion when onion become pink add ginger garlic paste and add potatoes

  2. 2

    After 5 min add the tomato and Bhonify until tomato become soft add all masalas and add water and kept on low flame

    In achari masala add lemon juice and fill chillies and cover with thread.

    When alu become soft add filled chilies and kept in low flame

    When it done serve with coriander and serve with garam garam chapati
