Potato frittata and puffies
Steps

Peel, cube and boil potatoes till tender in salted water. Drain and turn into a bowl.

Cube your peppers and onion. Debone and flake your smoked fish. Break eggs, add salt, ginger garlic powder then whisk.

Add all the above-mentioned to your potatoes except the eggs. Season with all seasonings and spices, then stir thoroughly.

Add in the eggs. Then oil your red copper. Add your potatoes. Cover and switch on the red copper.

When potato frittata is well cooked and set, turn out and keep aside. Repeat procedure till all the mix is finished.

Serve and enjoy.
