Make a soft dough using 1 kg ata, 2 tbsp ghee, salt and water.

Use machine or make by yourself. Then rest it for about 20 minutes

Now take small part of ata and apply 1tsp ghee and dry ata and make perha

Now roll out with the help of rolling pin. Now in a hot pan apply 1 tsp ghee and fry paratha from both sides and apply ghee on both sides
