Make a medium paira. Roll it with rolling pin. spread 1 tblspn desi ghee.

Dust dry flour.

Cut the roti into 5 to 6 strips with pizza cutter.

Now roll 1st strip then overlap the roll into 2nd strip.

Roll all strips by overlapping. And make the para.

Make the roti with rolling pin. Heat the tawa or pan and cook it in low flame.Brush lite ghee on both sides.

Roll paratha is ready. Enjoy with omlette or anything else.
