Smoke masala chaas /buttermilk (masala lassi)

Healthy summer drink smoke masala chaas.
flavoured and a healthy drink recipe prepared from buttermilk with dry spices and herbs. it is mainly served as a refreshing drink during the summer season for its ability to cool down and lower the body temperature. but certainly a pleasant and pleasing drink for any season and also ideal after spicy lunch or dinner. I personally like a sour taste in my chaas drink and I have used sour curd for the same. alternatively, you can use non-sour curd or fresh curd and control the sourness by adding lemon juice as per your taste. secondly, you can easily extend the recipe by adding other spices and herbs as per your taste. you can add coriander leaves, hing and also temper with mustard and jeera seeds. lastly, you can prepare it and store it in the fridge for a day or two. but make sure to blend it for 30 seconds before serving to get the extra frothy texture
