1 bowlpar boiled potatoes
as required For frying Oil
as per taste sendha salt
as per taste tamarind sauce
as per taste red chilli powder

Take par boiled potatoes peeled,cut in diced.

Take a wok put oil then oil heat put potatoes fried in both sides.

Then add salt and chilli.

Take a serving bowl put fried potatoes garnish tamarind sauce then enjoy.
