Dry roast cumin seeds + fennel seeds + pepper corns, let it cool and grind into powder and keep aside.

In pan add water, give a boil then add jaggery and allow to melt. Then add the roasted masala powder + cardamom powder + salt and boil till mixture thickens. Let it cool. Jaggery Concentrate is ready.

Take serving glass, add few ice cubes, add 3-4 tbsp jaggery concentrate + 2 tsp lemon juice and fill the remaining glass with water and stir it. Jaggery Sharbat is ready to serve and garnish with mint leaves.
