Coffee Chocolate Banana Bread : Eggless

This is again one of my favorite & often prepared recipes be it with or without eggs & I usually love to experiment its typical tastes with many a different variations so as to retain its uniqueness everytime, I do prepare the same-
This one's the 3rd time, I'mein sharing this typical recipe however with my tweaked variations as usual.

At first: Sift all the Dry ingredients altogether at least, twice- Set Aside

Next, add in the blender jar all the Wet ingredients aforesaid- Blend it well altogether to mix it in well with the sifted Dry ingredients by a balloon whisker until all are nicely combined & well blended to get finely incorporated with each other resulting into a thick smooth batter consistency

Now, grease & line up the Baking Dish (Preferably, Loaf Pan or similar) with the Butter/Parchment Paper & keep it ready & handy-
While, preheat the oven (if using it) @180C for 10 mins. - 4
If preparing the same in a kadhai is. Without oven- Preheat the same @the low-medium heat 👇

Time to pour out our mixtures into the greased & lined up Baking Tray/Dish-
Tap it a few times to release any trapped air bubbles in it-
Place it either in the preheated oven at the given temperature for about 50-60 mins time which may vary a bit with different oven temp. settings - 6
If placing it in a preheated kadhai ie. Without oven- Cover it to bake at the medium-low heat for about 55-60 mins. time for sure or until it passes the toothpick test clean

Once done ✔ Turn off the flame/oven-
Let it sit on the hot gas-top or inside the hot oven for around another 5-7 mins. time-
Allow it to cool down completely before slicing it up - 8
De-mould it, post cooling down completely- Garnish it your own way...
Directly, transfer it to the serving tray/plate/platter-
