My dad a Catholic doesn't eat red meat during lent so I decided to try out this recipe

Mix turmeric, paprika, curry powder, Cinnamon, dried herbs, salt and vegetable oil together until combined. (You may add oil to your taste)

Pound garlic cloves and rub onto tilapia fillet. Squeeze lemon onto both sides of the fillet.

Proceed to rub the oil and spice mix onto the fillets.
Preheat your oven at 250°c and oil your baking pan. - 4
Place the fillets onto the pan and bake for 10- 15 min.

Chop onions, tomatoes, bell pepper and potatoes into cubes.

Fry the onions until golden brown. Add tomatoes and bell peppers until they soften. Add 1 tsp of salt and the tomato paste. Add 1 tsp of turmeric and curry powder and black pepper to taste. Add the diced potato and mix well. Add 1 cup of water and let it summer. It will then reduce to a desired thickness.(Make sure the potatoes are ready)

Proceed to pour the potato stew over the fish. Serve with rice.
