Wash and Soak rice.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add the whole masala and saute for 30 seconds.

Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds. Add chopped onion and cook till translucent. Add chopped tomato and cook for 1 minute.

Now add chopped potato, paneer, peas, and saute for 1 minute. Add all dry masala ingredients and mix.

Add rice and water. Place the lid and cook till 2 whistles. Let pressure release automatically.

Serve this quick recipe hot with raita, salad, and chutney. 1/4 tsp red chili powder
