Delicious dessert for every occasions 😋... specially for summer.
Steps

Boil the milk in kadai for 5 minutes in medium flame.

Crush the mawa.Then add mawa & food colour in the milk & boil it for 15 minutes in medium to low flame. Continuously stir well.

Then add sugar, safron & Pistachio. Cook it for 3 minutes.Then add cardamom powder & turn off the gas flame. Cool it. Then pour it in Kulfi mould & freeze it for 7 to 8 hours in freezer. Now Kulfi is ready to be serve.
