Steps

Mix all your dried spices and grind into a nice powder.

Blend together the wet ingredients and the dried one, and keep aside.

Wash your chicken thoroughly with vinegar or lime to remove all sliminess and smell.

Your paper towel to remove excess water from the chicken

Place foil paper on the oven tray, layn down the chicken parts, then marinate it and cover and keep it for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven for 5mins,sprinkle some black seed and Oregano flakes then put the tray back to the oven, and bake the chicken for 20mins then remove and put them on the grilling rack for another 20mins,

Put back to the tray and add in the onion and green pepper mix and leave it in the oven for 5mins minutes and its ready.
