For AMALA
In a pot add water and allow to boil - 2
When it is done mix a little amount of your amala flour and make a paste

Add it to the boiling water stir till it’s thick

Allow it to cook and then add the amala flour to thicken it and allow it to simmer and your amala is done.

Put your mixture in a pot and add a little amount of water.

When it boils add your ewedu leaves and add a little potash. Your ewedu is done.

Blend your beans and scotch bonnet in a pot add palm oil

Add your paste allow it to cook and add a little seasoning. Beans soup is done.

Add groundnut oil in a pot

Pour your mixture and cover

When it’s done add your seasoning and spice. Stew is done.

FOR EWEDU
Pick your ewedu leaves 🍃 and wash, pound your eru, with crayfish and scotch bonnet. - 13
FOR BEANS SOUP
Pick your beans and remove the back - 14
FOR STEW
Blend your tomatoes, onions, bell pepper. - 15
Put your amala add your ewedu + beans soup+ stew and 😋
