Steps

Grease a baking dish with melted butter.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add the bread cubes and raisins, and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool. When the pudding is warm, run a knife around the edges and invert it onto a serving platter.

TOPPING DECORATION
In a small saucepan or skillet, melt the butter. Add the whiskey and let the alcohol cook off. Add the walnuts, raisins, and honey, heat through, and pour over the pudding. Let cool. Cut the pudding into squares. - 7
MAKE THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE
In a small saucepan, mix the sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Heat slowly. Add the butter and vanilla extract, stir until dissolved, and bring to a boil. - 8
Serve the bread pudding with chocolate sauce.
