A delicious and creamy paneer dish which is rich in taste and is a wonderful accompaniment to paratha, Naan , kulcha.
Steps

Finely chop onion, chop paneer into cubes, finely chop ginger and garlic.
Soak cashews almonds for 1-2 hour. - 2
Marinade paneer pieces with salt for 10 - 15 minutes and then fry till golden yellow and keep aside.

Make a smooth paste of cashews + almonds + green chilli + little water.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add whole spices and allow to crackle, then add onion and sauté till translucent. Then add ginger + garlic and sauté till rawness goes off.

Then add beaten curd, mix well and add salt+ garam masala powder + kasuri Methi and stir fry till spices turn aromatic.

Cook till water from curd dries and then add cashew paste and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Cashew mixture thickens, Then add milk and cook or allow to boil in high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Lower flame and add pepper powder + sugar and cook for 1 minute.

Add paneer cubes + Malai and cook further under low flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add ghee and then cover it and keep in stand by mode for 1-2 minutes.

Paneer Nawabi is ready to serve.
