  1. 2Medium Sized Onions Finely Chopped
  2. 1Medium Sized Tomato Finely Chopped
  3. as required Puree of 1 Onion & Tomato
  4. 2 Tea SpoonGreen Chilli & Ginger Paste
  5. 1 Tea SpoonGarlic Paste
  6. 1 CupBoiled Corns
  7. 2 Tea SpoonRed Chilli Powder
  8. 1 Tea SpoonCoriander Powder
  9. 1 Tea SpoonRosted Cumin Powder
  10. PinchHing & Turmeric
  11. 2 SpoonsKitchen King Powder
  12. 1 SpoonKasuri Methi
  13. 1 SpoonTomato ketchups
  14. as per tasteSalt

Steps

30 Minutes2 min
  1. 1

    Heat a Pan, Add 1 spoon Oil/Butter

  2. 2

    Add some cumin seeds & pinch of hing after it rooted Add Ginger Garlic & Green Chilli paste.
    Saute it for a minute

  3. 3

    Then add Finely Chopped onios & tomatoes
    Add some salt at this stage

  4. 4

    After onions & tomatoes are cooked good add all the Masalas and some water and simmer it for 5-8 mins

  5. 5

    Then add boiled corn to it and cook for 10 - 12 Mins

    Then your Dish is ready serve hot with Naan/Paratha
