Add salt, pepper powder and chaat masala to the semolina and mix. Add curd and mix it with the help of water to make a thick batter.

Add onions, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix. Keep covered for 30 minutes.

Spread the prepared semolina mixture on one side on a bread slice and put the semolina mixture on a hot non-stick tawa (griddle) and roast it on low flame, add 1 tsp of oil and cook it.

Spread the semolina mixture on the upper part of the bread slices as well, when it turns light red, pour oil from both the sides and fry till it becomes light red.

Cut it diagonally and serve it in a hot hot semolina toast serving dish.
