Steps

Heat milk and water together. Keep the flame on low-medium
Add in oats and cook until oats become soft and cooked. - 2
Further, add jaggery and cinnamon powder. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
It's done Oatmeal is ready to Serve. - 3
Garnish with few slices of apples, pomegranate arise and Pistachio.
