Floral chocolate truffle cake

Steps

Take a deep bowl add chocolate premix

Add milk and oil together in another bowl and mix well

Mix dry and wet ingredients together

Bake it in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes @160°

When it cools down after baking.
Cut it into 3 sections - 6
You can make chocolate ganache by 2 methods -
Boil milk add butter to it give a good mix now add chocolate chunks and mix it until it is lumps free. - 7
2nd method- heat amul fresh cream on low flame or microwave it for 30 secs add chopped chocolate and mix it.

After cutting cake in 3 sections
Apply sugar syrup on all and fill ganache one by one - 9
Cover cover with ganache.

Take cool melted whipped cream and beat it on slow for 30 secs.
Now beat it for next 10-12 mints in one direction. - 11
Take rose nozzel and fill it with cream, make white roses all over the cake

For leaves, add green colour in whipped cream in small bowl and make leaves on the cake

To make pink flowers add pink colour to the cream and complete cake by adding them.
