I was thinking of picadillo when I found out some ground pork in the fridge. I forgot to get quail eggs so I boiled 2 eggs for me and my husband.

I was thinking of picadillo when I found out some ground pork in the fridge. I forgot to get quail eggs so I boiled 2 eggs for me and my husband.

Sautè garlic and onion for 2-3 mins until soft

Add ground pork and cook for 10-20 mins until it turns brown

Add potato, carrots, peas and bell pepper and let it stand for a minute then add tomato sauce and ketsup. Let it boil for 5-7 mins.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Then add soy sauce and fish sauce if necessary.

Add sugar to sweetened a little. Then add boiled eggs and simmer for 5-10 mins.

Ready to serve. Enjoy!
