Heat the pan, put the olive oil. Add garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add broccoli, cabbage, carrot and bell peppers. Seasoning with sugar, oysters sauce and soy sauce. Stir fry until cooked. Ladle onto a plate ready to serve.
