Sprinkle salt on the tilapia both sides. Heat the pan, put grape seed oil. Add the tilapia, stir fry until turn to golden brown both sides. Transfer to the serving plate, put the fried garlic, fried chili and coriander leaves on. Garnish with cucumber. Ready to serve.
