5 minutes

2 servings

250 gmscurd
2 tbspsugar
1/4 tspcardamom powder
1 glasschilled water
4-6ice cubes

5 minutes

Transfer curd, sugar, and cardamom powder to a mixer and churn for 30 seconds.

Add half water and ice cubes and churn again for 1 minute.

Now add the remaining water and churn again for 30 seconds.

Transfer it to serving glasses and serve chilled.
