Ingredients

30 mins
Family
  1. 1 tablespooneach of peanuts and roasted chana without cover...we also call it daliya in Gujarati
  2. 2 teaspoonroasted jeera
  3. 2 teaspoonsugar
  4. 1 cuppudina
  5. 2 cupscoriander leaves (please keep its stem thoda sa as the stem has taste)
  6. 2green chillies and one big peice of grated adrak
  7. 1small size raw mango cut in slices
  8. As tasteSalt
  9. As per tasteFull lemon juice (to keep the green colour)
  10. as required Some water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixture jar add following stuff:1 tablespoon each of peanuts and roasted chana without cover...we also call it daliya, 2 teaspoon of roasted jeera, 2 teaspoon of sugar and Grind it

    Then add 1 cup of pudina, 2 cups of corraindar leaves (please keep its stem thoda sa as the stem has taste)

    Add 2 green chillies and one big peice of grated adrak, 1 small raw mango cut in slices

  4. 4

    1 small raw mango cut in slices

  5. 5

    Add salt, one full lemon ka juice...add some water and churn it..your chutney is ready
