In a pan add oil heat it and add 1/2 teaspoon each of mustard seeds, jeera, fennel seeds (sauf), white til, hing

Then add keri, water, salt, haldi and red chili powder, cook it low flame till mango pieces becomes soft
- 3
Now add jaggery, dhania seeds and mix all well and cook for few mins and close the gas.

Cool it down and serve it. Keep it in air tight container in fridge if you want to store it for few days (3 to 4 days max). This achaar needs to be consumed quickly don't store it outside it will get spoiled
