Ingredients

Family
  • 2 tablespoonoil (you can use til, mustard or groundnut oil)
  • 4medium size curry whose skin is peeled and chopped into big pieces
  • 1/2 teaspooneach of mustard seeds, jeera, fennel seeds (sauf), white til
  • 1 teaspoonkashimiri chilli powder (you can use any type)
  • Pinchhaldi
  • 3 tablespoonjaggery pieces chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as per needfew methi seeds
  • 1 teaspoonwhole dhania seeds
  • pinchhing

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a pan add oil heat it and add 1/2 teaspoon each of mustard seeds, jeera, fennel seeds (sauf), white til, hing

  2. 2

    Then add keri, water, salt, haldi and red chili powder, cook it low flame till mango pieces becomes soft

  3. 3

    Now add jaggery, dhania seeds and mix all well and cook for few mins and close the gas.

  4. 4

    Cool it down and serve it. Keep it in air tight container in fridge if you want to store it for few days (3 to 4 days max). This achaar needs to be consumed quickly don't store it outside it will get spoiled
