Grease a baking pan with melted butter. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Add the diced bread and raisins, and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Pour the bread mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool. When the pudding is warm, run a knife around the edges and invert it onto a tray.

Topping: In a small pot or pan, melt the butter. Add the whiskey and let the alcohol cook off. Stir in the walnuts, raisins, and honey, heat through, and pour over the pudding. Let cool. Cut the pudding into squares.
