2 cflour 250g
1 cgran sugar 200g
1/2 ccocoa powder 41g
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspsalt
1 tspb powder * my addition *
1 3/4 cchoc chips 315g
Wet ingredients
2eggs large room temp
3/4 csour cream or plain yogurt 185g
1/2 cveg oil 120ml
1/2 cmilk 120ml
1 1/2 tspvanilla

Steps

Preheat oven to 218°c
Line and prep muffin tin

Whisk all dry ingredients
3

Whisk all wet ingredients
4

Fold Wet into dry don't overnight
5

Bake at 218 for 5 mins then reduce to 177 for 15 mins or until toothpick is clean
