Ingredients

  1. 10.5 ozchicken (300 grams)
  2. 1/2 teaspoonchaat masala
  3. 1egg
  4. 1 tablespoonchickpea flour (besan)
  5. 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  6. 1 tablespoonginger-garlic paste
  7. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric
  8. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  9. 1/2 teaspoonchicken masala
  10. 1 tablespoonKashmiri red chili powder
  11. 1/4 teaspooncoriander powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. as neededButter
  14. 2 tablespoonsoil
  15. Juice of 1 lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Make small cuts on the chicken pieces. In a bowl, combine all the spices except the butter and mix well to make a thick paste.

    Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with the paste. Cover and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces one by one and lightly fry them.

    Brush both sides of the chicken with butter while cooking until well cooked and slightly charred.

    Drizzle lemon juice and a little chaat masala on top, then serve hot.
