Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 tbspdalia
  • 1/4 cupfresh coconut malai (blended)
  • 1.5 cupsprouted green moong and kala chana (2:1)
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 Tspturmeric
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1cardamom
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker, ghee roast dalia.

  2. 2

    Add sprouted moong chana, blended coconut malai, salt, 1 cardamom, turmeric, black pepper powder and water.

  3. 3

    Mix everything and pressure cook for 2 whistles at high flame and simmer for 5 minutes at low flame

  4. 4

    Let the whistle go down completely and remove the cardamom

  5. 5

    Serve hot
