This recipe was invented in my kitchen accidentally when I was cooking food for my 8 month old. I made coconut dalia for him and the quantity was a bit more so I thought of using it for my breakfast and thats how this recipe was invented! It tasted super delicious and I decided to add this in my daily routine

This recipe was invented in my kitchen accidentally when I was cooking food for my 8 month old. In a pressure cooker, ghee roast dalia.

Add sprouted moong chana, blended coconut malai, salt, 1 cardamom, turmeric, black pepper powder and water.

Mix everything and pressure cook for 2 whistles at high flame and simmer for 5 minutes at low flame
- 4
Let the whistle go down completely and remove the cardamom
- 5
Serve hot
