  1. 500 gmraw mango kairi
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli power
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspkalonji
  7. 1/2 tspsaunf
  8. 2 Tsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, cut and peel kairi into chunks.

    Add sugar into kairi and let it rest for 20 min cover it.

    Now turn on flame and cook sugar and kairi on very low flame for 10 min..

    Now add all ingredients and again cook for 10 min on slow flame.

    Ready to serve yummy chutney.
