Garlic & Thyme Potato Wedges

Chop up the potatoes to be wedge shaped

Deep fry in a separate pot until either crispy or soft (according to your liking)

In a separate pot heat the butter then toss the potato wedges in and gradually add the garlic and thyme
- 4
Continue tossing and sprinkle the Royco cubes then add a little water for the potatoes to cook some more
- 5
Toss the potatoes and serve
