  • 1 raw mango
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoonoil

    Cut mango as shown in picture

    Mix all the dry masalas including salt and sugar, slit mango, make cubes stuff these masala with help of your fingers

    Spread oil on tawa then keep these pieces cook by covered for 4to 5 minutes both sides.
