Steps

Caramelize the sugar in a skillet or directly in the pan you’ll use for the flan.

Blend the eggs, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the pan and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake in a water bath for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- 5
Let cool and refrigerate. Unmold the next day to serve.
