In a clean pot add in your meat, onions, spices, and seasoning

Add in water and allow to cook for like 40minute till soft

In a pan add in your oil and fry your meat

As your meat is frying grate your bell pepper and scotch bonnet add in garlic and ginger and grate.

In another sauce pan add in a little bit of oil, your grated peppers, and meat stock

Allow it to boil then you add in your onions, seasoning, spices and simmer for 2min

Add in your fried meat stir and simmer for another 1 minute.

Your meat is ready to be served.
