In a pressure cooker heat oil add the cinnamon, cardamom,bay leaves,cloves once it's sauted add the onions

Once onion becomes translucent add the grinded paste.

Once the paste is sauted add the tomatoes

For paste take a mixer add the mint and coriander leaves, coconut,garlic,ginger,green chillies and chilli powder.make a fine paste

Add the mushroom and bring to boil with little water.

Once mushroom is sauted add the rice.for one glass rice add 1 and 3/4 th glass water and little Coriander leaves.add salt and close the lid.

Keep the rice for 10 min in slow flame.after one whistle. switch off the flame and open it once it's cooled down.

Serve hot
