This is my variation of @CrockpotGirl ’s recipe. I added bacon and adjusted the other add-ins to suite our tastes. That’s the great thing about this recipe. You can customize it with whatever flavors you like best.

This is served cold and makes a great lunch to-go.

Ingredients

45 minutes
  1. Cook and Cool
  2. 16 ozbox Rotini, cooked and cooled
  3. 1-1/2to 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, boiled and shredded
  4. 1/2 lbsbacon, chopped and fried
  5. Prepped
  6. 1red bell pepper, diced
  7. 1/4red onion, diced
  8. 1 cupcheddar cheese, shredded
  9. Dressing
  10. 1 bottle (16 ounce)spicy ranch salad dressing
  11. 1/2 cup (112 g)mayonnaise
  12. 1/2 cup (113 g)milk
  13. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  14. 1/8 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cool and cool the pasta, chicken, and bacon. Prepare the bell pepper, onion, and cheese. Set aside.

    In a measuring cup or small bowl, whisk together the mayo, milk, garlic powder, and pepper. This will get added in with the ranch dressing.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well, until everything is coated with the dressing dressing mixture.

    Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight before serving.
