  • 250 gramphalsa+ 2 tbspn sugar
  • 4 glasswater

    Grind all the phalsa's(washed) and sugar

  2. 2

    Strain the puree in a strainer

  3. 3

    Add water to Phalsa's pulp

  4. 4

    Add black salt as per your taste

  5. 5

    Serve this delicious super healthy drink to your loved ones
