A mix of Nescafe coffee with condensed milk & caramel syrup.
Steps

Heat a pudding vessel.Caramelize the sugar on low heat. Tilt it on all the sides of the pudding vessel. Remove from heat. Cool it

Mix the coffee powder with 2 tbsp milk & keep it aside.

Beat all the remaining ingredients in a hand mixer at a low speed. Then add coffee mix & beat it again 2 min.

Pour it into the caramelized pudding vessel. Close it with a lid or an Aluminum foil.Steam it 25 min. Remove from heat. Cool it.

Keep it in the refrigerator 20 min.
Unmould it & decorate it with caramelized nuts, cherries & coffee chips.
