Steps

In a bowl add semolina and curd.Mix it well and cover it with lid.let it rest for 20 minutes.

Divide this into 2 parts. Add required water and cooking soda in one part and rest part add beetroot juice and,soda and required water.

Mix it well.grease the idli stand with cooking oil or ghee. Gently place the smooth batter into the molds.

Keep this stand gently into idli cooker.

Cook it into low medium heat and wait for a whistle.

After a whistle you an check it by the toothpick.

After cooking these idlis let it rest for 10 minutes. Demold the idlis and serve it with groundnut chutney.
