Mango Yogurt Recipe

Steps

Cut 1 Mango in pieces. Take out pulps. Blend Mango pulps. Strain out Mango pulp.

Add 500 ml full fat milk in a deep bowl. Add 2 tablespoon Sugar in Milk. Heat the Milk and bring to boiling. Switch off heat and cool down milk to room temperature.

Add Mango pulp in pan and bring to boiling. Switch off heat and cool down Mango pulp to room temperature.

Add 100 gms Curd in Mango pulp and mix well. Add Milk part by part in Mango Curd mixture and mix well. Before adding Milk, check that Milk is lukewarm.

Transfer Mango Milk mixture in a bowl and keep in warm place for 8 hours.

After 8 hours, Mango Yogurt is ready.
