Steps

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy

Add in coconut extract

Add in eggs one at a time and whisk properly

Pour in the milk and whisk away!

Add in shifted flour and mix

Pour the dessicated coconut and fold in

Grease and Line your cake loaf with parchment paper and pour in the cake mixture

Tap the pan to level the mixture and then pour a generous amount of dessicated coconut on top.
*I didn't have enough to pour in hence mine didn't cover the top properly 😂 - 9
Bake for about 40 minutes until a toothpick comes clean

Allow to cool and enjoy!!!

You can pour a sugar glaze on top but it was sweet enough for me so I didn't make the glaze
