Making Shrikhand and Aamrakhand by traditional is a delicate and long process. You need to give time to drain excess water to get hung curd, pass the mixture through a fine sieve and then let sugar dissolve in it. I have tried this instant process and the results were delicious!

Thick Fresh yoghurt 2 cups (chilled)
Vrat Special Royal Shrikhand
1 cupGrated paneer
Paneer Tikka Hariyali
1/4 cupFresh cream
Condensed milk 1/4 to 1/2 cup as per taste
Alphonso mango finely chopped pieces 1/2 cup
1/4 cupMilk powder
1 tspSaffron mixed warm milk
1 tspCardamom powder
Chopped nuts of choice to garnish
Note: all ingredients to be used completely cold

First, pour the curd on a strainer lined with a clean muslin cloth. Gather the ends and squeeze gently to remove as much water as possible.

Then blend the mango pieces, paneer, cardamom, milk powder, fresh cream together to get a thick paste.

Whisk the yoghurt with condensed milk. Add it to the blended mixture. Flavour with saffron milk. Gently mix with wire whisk to get a smooth mixture.

Transfer into serving bowls. Garnish with chopped nuts, mango pieces and enjoy instant Aamrakhand! Chill it before party to get more compliments!
