Steps

Mix and wash the dals and soak it for 1/2hour

In a pressure cooker add Ghee and oil add zeera,cloves, cinnamon chillies curry leaves and saute for 5 mints

Now add veggies of yr choice,salt and mix properly,now add. Three cups of water, salt chilli powder,garam masala,haldi and give a boil

Now add the soak dals and cook till 3 whistle

When cooker is cool open and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Serve with curd or raita.

Here I have made plain khichdi.
