Ingredients

  • 2 packsenoki mushroom
  • 2green long chilli
  • 4 piecescrabstick, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tspcooking wine
  • Halftsp oyster sauce, diluted with water
  • 1 pinchsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash all veggies. Cut chilli into one inch. Then stuffed mushroom and crabstick into the chilli rings.

    Heat wok add oil then fry it. Turning both sides so that it wont burn.

    Then pour the sauce and simmer until done.
