Mix the dry ingredients first, gradually add water, water can be needed more or less depending on the batter

Batter should be smooth like thick pancake batter, rest for at least 10 minutes

Heat oil in a nonstick pan, (it is very important to use nonstick pan otherwise the batter will stick to the bottom)using a cup or ladle pour some batter in the pan wait for a minute it will rise itself, pour oil from the pan on top side to rise more then flip, cook each side for a minute or two,
Tips:Before start cooking pour little bit of batter in oil to see the temperature, if it rise straight away that means it’s ready, one or two always flop or become flat - 4
Eat them hot or cold, these can be stored for a week in a container and reheat in a microwave, oven, grill or air fryer
