1 cupVanilla cakemix
Easter special Vanilla Choco Chip cookies
1/4 cupMelted butter
Jam Filled Linzer Cookies
Beaten egg 1 ( or use 1/4 cup flax egg or yoghurt or 1 banana
5 dropsVanilla essence
1/2 cupBlueberries

First, Preheat oven at 180°c for 10 minutes. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or silicon mat.

Take a bowl. Sieve in the cake mix. Add melted butter, egg, vanilla and 1/2 of blueberries and mix all together with a spatula.

Add rest of the berries and turn aroun gently. Scoop out small balls with a scooper and place on the baking tray. Leave gaps between each cookie to expand.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes till golden on top. Remove and cool on kitchen counter for 10 minutes.

Serve them as a snack, dessert or munch at your party and enjoy!
