Ingredients

about 15-20 pieces
  • 1/2 cupjowar flour
  • 1/2 cupsuji
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1 cupgrated and squeezed lauki
  • As Requiredginger garlic paste
  • As Requiredgreen chilli paste
  • As Requiredgrated and squeezed onion
  • As Per Tastesalt
  • 1/4 cupcrushed pnuts
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric Powder
  • 1/2 spoonred chili Powder
  • 1lemon juice
  • As Requiredasafoetida
  • As Requiredchopped coriander leaves
  • pinchbaking soda
  • For tadka
  • As requiredmustard seeds, sesame and oil

Steps

15+10 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and make a tight dough

  2. 2

    After 30 mins, grease the palm and make cylinders with dough

  3. 3

    Steam these for 15 mins

  4. 4

    Let them get cool then cut them in roundels

  5. 5

    Prepare tadka and saute these roundels

  6. 6

    Garnish with desiccated coconut and serve with chutney

  7. 7
