Ingredients

  1. 120 gspaghetti
  2. 1broccoli
  3. 1red onion
  4. 1capsicum
  5. 5 piecesgarlic
  6. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  7. 2 tablespoonsdark soya sauce
  8. 1 tablespoonchilli oil
  9. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  10. 4 tablespoonscooking oil
  11. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Fully cooked your spaghetti in pot of boiling water so that it can better absorb the sauce later when stir fry. Drain and leave aside.

    Gently stir the eggs and leave aside.

    Prepare the sauce mixture in a bowl. Mix oyster sauce, dark soya sauce, chilli oil and sesame oil. Leave aside.

    Slice the onion, garlic and capsicum. Leave aside.

  5. 5

    Blanch the cut broccoli in boiling water for one minute. Drain and leave aside.

  6. 6

    Heat up cooking oil in frying pan using high heat, stir fry the onion, garlic and capsicum for 1 minutes.

    Add the broccoli and mix evenly for 1 minutes.

    Add the cooked spaghetti. Add the sauce mixture on it. Mix evenly.

  9. 9

    Pour the egg in and mix evenly until the egg get cooked. Ready to serve.

Love to cook and experiment with new cooking methods in addition to traditional stir fry recipes. Living in Singapore, a fantastic place to eat and experience (almost) every kind of cuisine in the world. There are 5 hawker center within my current neighborhood, I would go there for quick meal if I lazy to cook.
